Nkeng Health Care LLC offers a wide a range of home health care across all ages especially for for people recovering from a surgery or an injury, people with disabilities, and individuals suffering from terminal illnesses.
Provides both skilled and unskilled home health nursing care to our clients and families.
Ensuring client’s safety through fall prevention; Assists with non-medical activities of daily living such as bathing, preparation of meal, home environment hygiene, laundry, grocery shopping, and run errands for our client. Also, provides companionship care to our clients, this is available on an hourly or a live-in basis.
Provide skilled nursing care such as lab draw, PT check for client who such as warfarin (Coumadin) and dosing of their medication following the parameter in provider’s order, colostomy care/assessment, straight catheterization, insertion of Foley catheter, Foley/suprapuic catheter care and assessment. Administer Intravenous (IV) medications to clients who are on home IV therapy and IV TPN feeding.
Monitors client’s vital signs such as respiration, temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate, and notify the physician of any abnormality with client’s vital signs or status change. Ensure proper documentation of clients’ care and other vital information that are necessary for the provision of quality care.
Wound Care
Treat patients who have both acute and chronic wounds, including burns, pressure ulcers and surgical incisions that have not healed. We also provide preventative care to ensure infection does not set in and that other complications do not arise. Most importantly, we educate our client and family about the wound care, infection prevention, as well as sign and symptoms of infection so as to notify us immediately or the physician.
If services include use of the client’s personal funds:
The Agency will obtain an authorization from the client/responsible party, for access to personal funds when grocery or other shopping services are to be provided and when those services include assistance with bill paying or any activities, such as shopping, that involve access to or use of client funds.

Each caregiver is experienced in caring for seniors and undergoes a thorough background check to ensure the safety of our clients. To maintain professionalism our live-in caregivers are only allowed at the client’s home during assigned hours and must have their own separate residence. They are strictly forbidden from using their client’s property for personal use.
